Sharing thoughts about shopping online

Today, I kinda don't wanna talk about specific things about online shopping.  I wanna share my findings and thoughts about this online shopping field with all of you after taking Social Media this semester.  In another words, I wanna talk about how I feel about online shopping.

I feel it is really convenient.  You don't need to walk around the stores to get stuff.  All you have to do is just sitting in front you computer and click the mouse.

Moreover, it's soooooo CHEAP when you find a great deal.    Things in the physical stores are at their retail prices, which are incredibly expensive, especially the luxury goods.  But when you search online, you'd find that you can get them at half of the original price!

I actually conducted a survey about how people view the concept of online shopping a couple of weeks ago for another class of mine.  It turned out the majority of people think online shopping will be the trend of purchasing in the future.

Of course, nothing is perfect.  Online shopping does have its own advantages.  For example, people cannot try on the clothes when they are shopping online, so they wouldn't know if the sizes or the colors are suitable.  Also, sometimes the shipping time can take forever.  It'd drive you nuts when you desperately want to have something in your hands.

At the end, I would like to show my appreciation to this wonderful class.  Not only taught me a lot of concepts, ideas, and knowledge, it also let me fully experience the fun of online shopping.  What a great one!

A cup of tea

Finally, I found MY tea over here in the U.S.  Where do I call it MY tea?  There actually is a reason.

About two years ago, one of my friends recommended me to try this kind of tea.   She said it was very good for my health.  So I took her advice and started drinking it for a year.  I really loved it since it smelled good and I felt my body was re-energized after drinking it.

Then I came to the U.S. and couldn’t find the same type of tea, so I stopped drinking it for a long while.  In this new environment, I have had many sorts of health problems, so I kind of started missing that tea.

One day, when I was searching “Japanese Tea” on Amazon.com, I found it!   I was so excited!  The vendor is from Hong Kong.  She herself has been drinking it for many years because she thinks it’s great for her digest system.  In Hong Kong, one package of this tea costs around $60, but she only charges $30 per package in the states.  What a great deal!

I really believe that you can find whatever you want on the Internet.  Online shopping truly provides you everything in the world, no matter where you are.

Asians do have habit of drinking tea.  Everyone has his/her own cup of tea.  Have you found yours?

Bad shopping experience about this company!

Hey guys, let me tell you about this company.  I had such a bad shopping experience with them.  The name is called Proactiv.  I once went to a mall and saw their products.  They are basically cleanser and treatments.  I was pretty interested and a bought a package.  They asked me to sign a sort of form.  I didn't have any idea what it was about, but the sales rep told me that it was just a confirmation thingy.  So I signed it, and the nightmare began!  Every month ever since I purchased that package in the mall, they sent me another package, and charge me $50 dollars on my card!  I called their office and told them to stop the shipment and credit my money back.  They said that I signed that form!  I told them to ignore that form and just stop sending me the thingy and get my money back!  They said no problem but I still haven't gotten my money back until now!  I am thinking about bringing this to a legal step.  Any suggestion guys?

You've probably seen this before somewhere in the mall:

Try to read carefully the term and condition when you buy them, learn from my lesson!
